ERASMUS+ TEAM at the Poznań University of Life Sciences:
The International Relation Office (IRO) deals with the functioning of the Program from the administrative side, accepting and issuing documents; conducts qualification of candidates; nominates qualified students to partner universities; prepares financial agreement with outgoing student or staff; orders the payment of the scholarship; collects documentation confirming mobility; assigns licenses for OLS language tests/courses; supports and helps participants in problem situations.
Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator
supervises the functioning of the program at the university, organizes information meetings, approves the recruitment process, prepares and approves inter-institutional agreements and intervenes in special situations
Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinators
approve the choice of a study program at a host university (Online Learning Agreement) or traineeship program for outgoing students; help in contacts with the Dean of the Faculty in case of problems with obtaining credit for mobility; conduct information meetings at the Faculties; they look after incoming foreign students at the Faculty.
