Selected issues of statistical analysis: Normal (Gaussian) distribution (density of probability function, cumulative probability function, standardized variables). Measures of variation (mean, median, modal, variance, standard deviation, range, coefficient of variation). Test c2, Chi square (definition, application, and statistical worth). Test t-Student (definition, application, and statistical worth). Analysis of variance (definition, types of models, application, and statistical worth). Correlation – regression (definition, connection between correlation and regression, type of regression, application). Nonparametric statistics.
